Bespoke Nature of Products

All garments produced by PO.Bespoke are made-to-order bespoke items, created specifically for each client. Due to the personalised nature of our work, all sales are final once production has begun.

No refunds or exchanges are offered except where required by law or where PO.Bespoke is at fault.

Measurements & Client Responsibility

PO.Bespoke Measurement Service

​

Where PO.Bespoke personally measures the client (in person or via approved PO.Bespoke methods):
    •    PO.Bespoke accepts responsibility for sizing accuracy.
    •    If a garment is significantly too small or too large due to our measurements, we will offer reasonable alterations or remake at our discretion.

Client-Provided Measurements

If measurements are provided by the client or any third party:

    •    The client must use a professional tailor or qualified measurement service.
    •    PO.Bespoke accepts no responsibility whatsoever for sizing, fit, or comfort.
    •    Any errors resulting from incorrect measurements supplied by the client are entirely the client’s responsibility.
    •    Alterations or remakes caused by incorrect client measurements will incur additional costs.

By submitting measurements, the client confirms they are accurate and professionally taken.

Design Approval & Mock-Ups

    •    All digital mock-ups, renders, sketches, artwork, and design concepts remain the exclusive intellectual property of PO.Bespoke.
    •    Mock-ups are provided for visual reference only and may vary slightly in final production due to fabric availability, embroidery techniques, colour variance, or manufacturing processes.
    •    Clients may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or use any PO.Bespoke mock-ups or designs without written permission.

PO.Bespoke retains full ownership of all creative materials at all times.

Production & Lead Times

All bespoke garments require production time. Lead times are estimates only and may vary depending on materials, complexity, or workload.

Delays caused by suppliers, manufacturers, or logistics partners are outside PO.Bespoke’s control.

Alterations

Minor alterations may be offered at PO.Bespoke’s discretion where we have taken measurements directly.

Where client measurements were supplied, alterations are chargeable.

Deposits & Payments
    •    A non-refundable deposit is required before production begins.
    •    Full payment must be completed before delivery or collection unless agreed otherwise in writing.
    •    Deposits cover design, development, and production preparation costs and are non-refundable.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the bespoke nature of all garments:
    •    Returns are not accepted.
    •    Refunds are not issued once production has started.
    •    This does not affect statutory consumer rights where applicable.

Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with PO.Bespoke, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
